Victor Chelf has been helping his clients make important real estate decisions since 2002. He is a full time REALTOR and Broker Associate, and has chosen Coldwell Banker as his home for nearly his whole career. With hundreds of sales under his belt, countless classes and numerous professional designations, Victor is widely regarded as an area expert. More importantly to him, his clients report that he is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy while doing business with integrity. Victor moved to Houston in 1982 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in computer science (Go Gators!). He has 20 years of experience consulting for Fortune 100 companies, and uses that skillset to help his clients understand the important details of buying and selling homes. He has resided in northwest Houston since 1990, and is happily married to his patient wife of over 35 years.
