My Philosophy
There are plenty of reasons I love my job as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, but my favorite by far is being able to help people during one of the most important times of their lives. Whether you are selling or buying, it is my goal to make your experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
I could tell you about how I have been in the industry since 2002 and that I have won a bunch of awards that look nice on my wall, but I think you are probably more interested in what I can do for you (don't worry, I'm not offended).
First, I'll tell you what I won't do, and that's pressure you into anything your're not ready for. Who wants that? Instead, I'll take the time to get to know you, and then I'll provide the expert guidance and support you need to make an informed decision. If now's not the time, I don't mind waiting. However, once your're ready to sell or buy, no one will work harder for you than I will. I have the strategies, reputation, and market knowledge to get you what you want, and I'll be by your side to serve you with honesty and integrity from start to finish.
On the rare occasion I'm not working, you can probably find me in the backyard barbecuing something on my Big Green Egg, cheering on the Florida Gators (my Alma mater), or out exploring the world with my camera. I also enjoy spending time with my wife of 30 years and our son, who graduated from Baylor in 2016.
